After you have sold us your textbooks, or created a sell order for them, we'll be happy to look up the status of your college textbook buyback shipment. We will manually and personally look up your book sales order and email you back with the status. Please enter your shipment details below (all fields must be filled out).

Order Number from the top of your packing slip.

Your Email Address so we can email you back.
Textbook Ship Date The day you mailed your textbooks.

After you enter the your textbook sales information in the window above, please allow us time to manually look up your shipment of college textbooks. We will determine if your buyback order has arrived or not. If you shipped your books to us and followed the instructions on our shipping page, it is reasonable to anticipate your book order arriving at our facility within a few days, to a couple weeks or so. When you use our service to sell your textbooks, please know that we will process your books very quickly upon arrival at our warehouse. Our processing is very fast and extremely efficient.
