Textbook Ship Date The day you mailed your textbooks.

Note: if you are unable to provide all of the information above, please allow us time to manually look up your textbook shipment. We will do our best to determine if your buyback order has arrived or not. It is reasonable to anticipate your book order arriving at our processing center within a few days of shipping. However, depending on the shipping service used, e.g. "media mail," some shipments may take longer to arrive due to US Postal Service transit times. Regardless of shipping time, once your books arrive at our facility, we will process your books very quickly.
